For patients admitted with acute stroke or stroke-like symptoms, please use the most appropriate admission order set below:

• Ischemic Stroke/TIA without Thrombolytic Therapy
• Ischemic Stroke with TPA
• Admission Hemorrhagic Stroke Admission

These order sets are developed to meet all core measures and quality metrics.
